The sum of my 'committed' and 'acutals' column that I use to track the expected overall total does not seem to be accurately lining up. On a separate feedback note, once I've created a PO and its sent to be approved, the autpmatic currency is USD even if it is set to GBP. The PO > Actuals system works really well for me currently but would love a short tutorial on doing it, as my budget it getting more complex the more they will come in useful. I sometimes duplicate the total by mistake as my PO doesn't always automatically link to my actual and im not sure where I'm going wrong in the process.
