Not sure if I am missing it but I wish I could change the variance tab to reflect the estimate minus a new phase; instead of being locked to estimate minus actuals.

Would be great to have nesting folder structures where we can organize our budgets.

We work on a lot of projects at once. It would be nice to have the option to see the projects listed in alphabetical order instead of as giant squares across my page.

1) Double click on actual line in level 3 from the budget and auto-assign category for that actual for easy tagging (rather than having to search for the line item when tagging and creating the actual) 2) A view for the actuals table that mirrors the structure of the budget based on tagged categories

If you attempt to duplicate a phase, the markup percentages nor checked settings do not come with it. To Repeat: 1) Create a budget with at least two markup lines 2) Set Percentages and Check Box for "Show Percentages" 3) Create a new phase, duplicate the first 4) Observe how the percentages and previously selected Checkboxes do not copy P.S. If there is somewhere else you want bugs reported, let me know.

It would be great if we could tag specific people in comments, like in Google Docs/Sheets, so that the entire workspace doesn't get an email with each comment.

I would like the ability to go totally monochrome in the style or ability to select a gray as an the accent color for the top sheet total lines. And I guess if I am being picky I'd like a theme that loses the rounded edges on the boxes. Current look is ok but I feel like my clients would be more comfortable seeing something slightly less "friendly".

We use Showbiz budgeting and we add a lot of notes to the top page of the budget. You can do that when you export and add notes. But it would be great to have a notes section to layout deliverables, timelines, etc that are not only located in the export PDF page

Sometimes we'll have a location for example that we also rent equipment from, so there are multiple line items associated with an invoice. Or, I want to track travel costs that we're reimbursing on a separate line instead of including it in the labor rates. Instead of creating multiple actuals it would be great to be able to allocate $ to multiple categories.

The ability to change currencies and convert to the native currency rate.
