Allow drag-to-copy on the Type of Contact column on the Contact pages (workspace and project level)

On the Contacts page, I can drag a value down to copy it into the cells below for most columns, but not for Type of Contact. I'd like that column to work the same way, so I can set the type for many contacts at once.
