As a project evolves, lines I originally budgeted get replaced. For example "Site infrastructure" turns into separate fencing, power and bathrooms lines from different vendors. In the new phase I zero out the old line's quantity or rate and add new lines, but I don't want to delete the old line because it still matters for the earlier phase. Those zeroed lines still show up in the budget and in my exported documents because the variance or another phase still has a value, so everything gets cluttered. Please let me filter or hide lines where quantity = 0 or rate = 0, both while I'm working in the budget and in the PDF export, without deleting them.
