It would be useful to be able to organise the budgets into folders and labels (i.e grey for a project that's been archived or completed) and ability to create folders to show archived or non-live project budgets

Can you provide more details on how you envision the labeling system for the budgets? For example, what kind of labels would you find useful?
How would you like the folders to be organized? By project, by date, or some other way?
What kind of functionalities would you like to have for the archived or non-live project budgets?

It would be on the dashboard, I find that while I love the functionality of working within the budgets, the dashboard is untidy. Labels like 'Live project' or 'Pitch' (for projects in the pitch stage) to 'On hold', 'Completed', 'Cost Report Required', 'Archived
By project would be useful for us as we number all the projects

Jens Jacob I'd use this! Custom folders that you can name - year, RFP, Commercial, Original, Director, etc

Yes please! Our team would love this - we often have 20+ projects in rotation at a time. Would be great to be able to organize them.
