Make the Markup "%" icon more visually prominent

Users are frequently confused when trying to set a markup value. The current flow creates a frustrating loop:
User double-clicks a markup row cell → sees "Non-Editable: Use 'Qty' and 'Rate' columns"
User clicks Qty/Rate columns → sees "Non-Editable: Markup rows cannot have quantity, rate, or other cost values"
The actual interaction — clicking the "%" icon — is not visually distinct enough to be discoverable on first use.
Suggested improvement: Update the "%" icon's styling (e.g., a distinct color, button-like border, or hover state) to make it clearly interactive and differentiate it from non-editable fields. A tooltip on hover like "Click to set markup percentage" would also help.
Impact: Reducing confusion here would lower support volume and improve the first-time experience for anyone adding markups.

Make entering values for markups more visually accessible

It took time to figure out that I had to click right on the percentage sign to set the value of my markup.
That wasn't clear. Would be great if could be made to look more like a button.
